Powder coatings are economical, yet offer excellent quality, because the material is applied electrostatically and is, if required, fully recoverable.
Powder coatings give excellent adhesion to correctly pre-treated items and are resistant to corrosion and UV light, offering an infinite range of colours in differing gloss levels and materials.
This product is environmentally friendly and is a very effective method of coating metals including aluminium and galvanised products. The coating is applied using an electrostatic charge to transfer the material on to the product. It is then heated to a designated temperature to melt the powder and fuse it to the metal's surface creating a smooth and durable finish when cured.
