Thermo plastic coating powder is applied by electrostatic spraying, and has long term adhesion and colour stability. It is tough and highly flexible; there is no need for primer or even phosphating in many cases over mild steel, aluminium or galvanised metal.

Thermo plastic coatings feel soft and warm to touch but are vandal resistant and very tough. It retains its flexibility at low temperatures and will not crack or chip in service.

It is highly durable and offers long lasting corrosion protection for metals, against chemicals, salt spray weathering and airborne pollutants.
